Ms. Thabisa Zanga
Founder
Alsith (Pty) Ltd was founded by Ms. Thabisa Zanga, an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in both the public and private sectors.
Throughout her career, she has held senior executive positions, including Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Head of Compliance, where she developed significant expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, operational management, strategic leadership, organisational transformation, and business excellence.
Her experience within large organisations has provided a deep understanding of the governance frameworks, operational standards, and performance expectations required by both local and international organisations. This expertise has shaped Alsith’s commitment to professionalism,
compliance, quality, operational excellence, and client-focused service delivery.
